By using the Qyntral AI Readiness Assessment platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Qyntral provides an AI-powered business assessment platform that evaluates your organization's readiness for artificial intelligence adoption. The Service includes a questionnaire, automated scoring, and an AI-generated report with recommendations.

2. AI-Generated Content

Reports generated by our platform use artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or technology consulting advice. You should independently verify any recommendations and consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions based on report content.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or recommendations that may not be suitable for your specific circumstances. Qyntral makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated reports.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST)
  • All sales are one-time purchases, not subscriptions

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all report purchases. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
